 Izaiah Newhart, our owner and CEO, is a driven and passionate business leader with a deep commitment to making an impact. His hands-on approach and vision inspire the team to work toward shared goals, and his belief in collaboration and trust fuels our success. Outside of work, Izaiah balances his busy life by enjoying runs to clear his mind, diving into a good book, experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, and unwinding with a romantic comedy. He’s also an avid Xbox gamer who enjoys a good challenge in his downtime. Izaiah’s passion for both business and life outside the office makes him not only a remarkable leader but also someone we all look up to.

 Zoie is a dedicated and detail-oriented team member who takes great pride in her work. She is known for her excellent communication skills, reliability, and commitment to getting the job done right the first time. Whether working independently or alongside others, Zoie consistently delivers high-quality results and maintains a strong work ethic in every task she takes on. Outside of work, Zoie is an animal lover with a special fondness for cats and enjoys spending time with children. Her creativity shines through in her hobbies—she loves drawing, playing games, and watching television to unwind. Always up for an adventure, Zoie enjoys rock climbing, skateboarding, attending rock concerts, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

Brian, one of our skilled cleaning techs, brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to every project he handles. Outside of work, he’s passionate about basketball, often hitting the court to relive the competitive spirit of his high school days. Brian’s also a big fan of music, always finding new beats to enjoy, and he loves watching a variety of movies, from action-packed adventures like Avatar to other epic films. An avid PlayStation gamer, he enjoys unwinding with some gaming in his spare time. Brian’s hard work, energy, and diverse interests make him an important and well-rounded part of the team.
