Izaiah Newhart, our owner and CEO, is a driven and passionate business leader with a deep commitment to making an impact. His hands-on approach and vision inspire the team to work toward shared goals, and his belief in collaboration and trust fuels our success. Outside of work, Izaiah balances his busy life by enjoying runs to clear his mind, diving into a good book, experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, and unwinding with a romantic comedy. He’s also an avid Xbox gamer who enjoys a good challenge in his downtime. Izaiah’s passion for both business and life outside the office makes him not only a remarkable leader but also someone we all look up to.

SARAH NEWHART - CO-OWNER/CFO

Sarah Newhart, Izaiah’s wife and our talented manager, plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. With a sharp mind for organization and a genuine passion for helping others, she brings balance and efficiency to everything she touches. Outside of her business expertise, Sarah loves to read, often drawing inspiration from her books, and shares cozy nights with Izaiah watching romantic comedies. She values spending time with family and friends, always bringing laughter and joy to any gathering. Sarah’s ability to blend her professional skills with her warmth and humor makes her an incredible asset to both the team and the Newhart family.

LAKEN D. - SUPERVISOR/CLEANING TECH

Laken is a hardworking and compassionate member of the Newhart’s Cleaning Service team who is known for her strong work ethic and genuine care for others. She has a deep love for animals and brings patience and attention to detail into everything she does. Outside of work, Laken runs her own wood-burning business, where she creates custom designs that showcase her creativity and craftsmanship. She truly enjoys taking care of people and takes pride in making spaces cleaner, more comfortable, and welcoming. Laken’s dedication, creativity, and kindness make her a valuable part of our team.

MACKENZIE J. - LEAD/CLEANING TECH

Mackenzie J. is a highly adaptable and efficient member of our cleaning team who quickly masters new skills and tackles every task with enthusiasm. She’s known for her ability to handle a variety of cleaning challenges with ease and precision. Beyond her work, Mackenzie enjoys exploring the outdoors on her four-wheeler and has a passion for travel, always eager to discover new places and experiences. A true cat enthusiast, she finds comfort and joy in her feline companions. Mackenzie’s energy, versatility, and adventurous spirit bring a unique and valuable perspective to our crew.

JESSICA R. - COMMERCIAL/CLEANING TECH

Jessica is a reliable and dedicated member of the Newhart’s Cleaning Service team who primarily specializes in janitorial services. She takes pride in maintaining clean, organized, and professional environments for our commercial clients. As a busy mom, Jessica understands the importance of cleanliness and consistency and brings that same care and attention into every space she services. She genuinely loves her work and is known for her strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to getting the job done right.

With over five years of experience in the cleaning industry, she brings skill, consistency, and pride into every home she services. Autumn is also a proud mom to her son, which fuels her passion for creating clean, safe, and comfortable spaces for others. She genuinely enjoys what she does and takes the time to make sure every job is done right. Autumn’s experience, care, and positive attitude make her a valued part of our team.
